Getting Your Mortgage:
Getting the right mortgage lender can make a big difference in making the home buying process go smoothly. Your Design/Sales Manager may suggest mortgage lenders with whom Luxury Castle Homes has had a successful history in providing good customer service and are able to work with each individual's specific needs.
The suggested lenders are reputable and qualified, but they are separate and distinct companies from Luxury Castle Homes and we do not control their fees, decisions or actions. Luxury Castle Homes have no financial association or agreement with any mortgage company. Luxury Castle Homes buyers are free to shop for and obtain a mortgage from any mortgage company, provided that they allow you to comply with the terms specified in your purchase agreement.
As required by the home purchase agreement, you must apply for a loan within five business days from the effective date of the contract and obtain loan approval within forty five days from your contract date. This is a very important responsibility of yours and should be acted upon immediately.
There are some very important items for you to remember regarding your mortgage.

First, if you are planning to finance items not covered by your original contract, such as additional upgrades or options, a swimming pool or an elevator, you must inform your lender as soon as possible, since this information is required before loan approval. This information is also needed before ordering the appraisal.

Secondly, if your home is nearing completion at the time of your purchase and you anticipate a quick closing, please make sure your lender is aware of this at your initial meeting.

Third, each lender has their own checklist of the required information for loan processing. Be sure to obtain that list and promptly get every single item on the list turned into your chosen lender as soon as possible.
